Absolute best Mexican food in the whole area. The Tacos are amazing, burritos are also amazing and the guacamole is also... amazing. Service is pretty good, never had a problem ordering and I never got the wrong thing. Portion sizes are pretty good too. Tacos are normal sized tacos and the burritos are pretty large to the point that they could easily feed two people. I just have to remove a star for one thing: Location. I was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre and I still work in Wilkes-Barre, so I'm not exactly afraid to walk around town. Except the plaza where they're located. It's about the only place in the city where I don't safe. If it wasn't for the location, I would be at this place once a week at a minimum. It's so good I honestly don't know if the location, being as bad as it is, still merits removing a star. 5 stars for the food, not so many for the location.

Very very good food. Do not judge based on the cover. Everything is authentic and the service was amazing! If I lived 900 miles closer I would come here again!

I've had their chicken quesadilla and did takeout all the 4 times. Small spot located next to my favorite bakery Amigon's. Parking is available and their service is quick. Recommend for takeout. Prices are reasonable.

Do not judge a book by it's cover. I am from AZ, and grew up on home made Mexican food and superb restaurants. This is the first Mexican food restaurant in PA I have encountered in 15 years. Food is home made on premises, I was in early for lunch and watched the tortillas being made, awesome. In other words this family run business does not go to Weiss, buy a bunch of stuff, heat it up and call it authentic. Until you have had true Sonoran style Mexican food you have NEVER had it. PS they have family also in the Queen Creek area of AZ near to my home. Finally they were the friendliest bunch I have ever encountered as well in PA. A small family came in while I was there and they brought a rose for the aunt for mother's day. Just the way customers love them as well.

The worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten in and I have in lots. The tortillas the tacos were on looked boiled and greasy. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Having had a Mexican restaurant and Mexican adoptive children I know Mexican. This was Not it snd it was expensive for a simple meal.

I can't give this restaurant enough praise for the incredibly delicious food they serve. Granted, the restaurant is in a shady part of Wilkes-Barre and it's not anything fancy; you could call it a hole in the wall but the people running the place and the food are amazing. I have been coming here at least once a week for several months now and I have never had a meal that wasn't absolutely delicious. This is serious, authentic Mexican food. You can usually find some folks from the local Mexican community eating lunch here and to me that was my first indication that the food would be authentic. Trust me and just come down and try this restaurant. The food is incredible and you won't regret it.
